A lifelong resident of Bergen County, Patricia was born, raised, works and resides in Glen Rock with husband Bill. She has three lovely children and three adoring grandchildren.  A real estate professional since 1994, Patricia has been a consistent Circle of Excellence producer since 1996, as well as earning Distinguished Sales Club award, Distinguished Re/Max 100% Club member, Re/Max Hall of Fame member, member of New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, Garden State Multiple Listing Service, Member of Real Source Board of Realtors and has earned an ABR, Accredited Buyer's Representative designation. 

Patricia is also a Notary Public of New Jersey.  Commitment to serving her properties, Patricia gives her listings full internet exposure.  Listings are uploaded to NJMLS, GSMLS, Realtor.com, Re/max.com web site as well as patzengel.com, as well as other realtor web links.  Direct target marketing and color property brochures as well. 

Patricia takes enormous pride in representing buyers.  Her client's find her easy to work with and also appreciate her knowledge of real estate.  As a former legal secretary, Patricia can explain the various steps in a real estate transaction.  She can assist buyers as well as sellers from start to finish and is always available to answer questions.  She thoroughly enjoys helping clients with the sale and purchase of their homes.

CODE OF ETHICS

The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913.  Those principles can be loosely defined as:

Loyalty to clients;

Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;

Cooperation with competitors;

Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS have with their clients.

DESIGNATIONS

To earn a designation, a REALTOR, a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry.
